Welcome to the easyreview Help Center. Here you will find instructions for all of the application's features.
Structure of easyreview
After logging in, you will be taken to your personal profile. You can access all areas of the application via the sidebar on the left.

The sidebar is divided into the following sections:
My profile: Your personal profile with team, feedback, target agreements, observations, and 1:1 feedback
Feedback: Feedback processes such as annual reviews, 360-degree feedback, or pulse surveys
Goals & OKRs: Goal processes and goal agreements for your employees
Competency models: Competency assessments with job profiles and evaluations (optional module)
Administration: Employee management, user groups, custom fields, data protection, and audit history (only for HR employees and administrators)
At the bottom left of the sidebar, you will find your name and profile picture. Clicking on it opens a menu for logging out and changing the language.
Getting started
Information about login, password, profile, and language settings can be found in the General section. The most important topics:
Log in via email, employee number, or Microsoft 365 (SSO)
Change or reset password
View and edit employee profile
Change language (German, English, French, Italian)
Customize terminology (for administrators)
Feedback (evaluations)
You can use feedback to survey your colleagues and evaluate the results. easyreview supports various types of feedback:
Annual reviews (two-way feedback)
360-degree feedback
Pulse surveys
External feedback (e.g., probationary period assessments)
General and anonymous surveys
Each feedback process consists of a questionnaire, editions (cycles), a participant list, and the evaluation of results.
Target agreements
Under target agreements, you define measurable targets and track your employees' progress. Targets can be quantified, weighted, and cascaded. Automatic reminders keep everyone involved up to date.
1:1 feedback
With 1:1 feedback, you can give colleagues direct praise, share an idea, or offer constructive criticism. The messages are private and only visible to the sender and recipient.
Observations
Observations are private notes about colleagues. Record performance and impressions throughout the year to better prepare for discussions. Only you can view your observations.
competency models
The competency system enables structured competency assessments. You define competency models with categories, assign them to employees via job profiles, and evaluate the results as a radar chart or table.
The competency system is an optional module. Please contact your account manager if you would like to use it.
administration
The administration functions can be found in the Administration section of the sidebar. This section is only visible to users with the role of HR employee, administrator, or management.

Employee management: Create, edit, import, export employees, and set access rights
Custom fields: Add your own data fields such as department, location, or cost center to employee profiles
Privacy settings: Configure privacy notices for your employees and feedback participants
Revision history: Track who made which changes and when (enterprise feature)
